Kim Jung Hwa will star in the drama as In-ah, who goes through a fairytale first love in her 20s and goes on to experience different kinds of love in her 30s and beyond. Each love story will be portrayed in different genres, including melodrama, romantic comedy and human drama.

This drama will be about the growth and sufferings of the heart surgeons who work in the thoracic surgery department. Lee Eun Sung graduated from a newly established medical school in the provinces. He applies for a job at the hospital and has high hopes of becoming a great doctor. Nam Hye Suk graduated at top of her medical school. She is an absolute fundamentalist but starts to show her humane side once she gets to know Eun Sung. The problem is Choi Kang Gook just became the new head of the Department of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery. He believes that only doctors can save peoples’ lives and is a genius but he is also a stubborn surgeon who does not care for hospital policies. Only Eun Sung and Hye Suk apply to work in his department. One day, a famous actor Lee Dong Gwon is admitted into the Hospital for arrhythmia surgery. He immediately falls for Hye-seok, who is his classmate from elementary school. He later gets jealous when he sees that Eun Sung and Hye Suk are getting closer to one another.

The stranger, In-Jae (Kang Ji Hwan), drinks the shot without seeing the ring and both of them end up in the hospital. To support herself, Na Ra pretends to be her 20 years old sister in order to work as a cosmetic clerk at Mi-Rae (the woman her ex-boyfriend fell in love with)?s shop but fate has brought In-Jae to the shop to. Thus began their surprising journey of love, where In-Jae is in love with Mi-Rae (Park Eun Hye) too.

Kang Hyun Seh (Kim Jae Won) grew up without knowing his father, who is the CEO of a large construction company. Due to the lack of fatherly love, he was recruited by a gang and became a third rate mobster. After his mother's death, he inherits a kindergarden, but he must go through a hundred days of training in order to get it, so he becomes an assistant teacher under a kindergarden teacher Yu Mirae (Han Ji Min) and they develop romantic feelings for one another. However, the property it sits on is in the middle of an amusement park production, called "Rainbow Park", which is in charge by Hyunseh's father who Hyunseh dispises extremely. Hyunseh's boss needs the money from the construction company so he is manipulating Hyunseh's hatred towards his father and threatens Hyunseh's father with the kindergarden Hyunseh has. Little does Hyunseh know that Choi Shiwan (one of the managers who work for Hyunseh's father), who is the ex-boyfriend of Yu Mirae, struck a dirty deal with Hyunseh's boss and is trying to outscore everyone. Produced by the same production team as My Girl and Delightful Girl Choon Hyang.

OCN is one of Korea's most popular movie cable channels, and now they have entered the world of dramas. Teaming up with Sio Film (makers of Crying Fist), OCN produced the 5-part horror series Coma, which includes a mix of genres from mystery to psychological thriller. Coma puts established names like Yim Won Hee (Three, Extremes, Crying Fist) next to plenty of new faces. With the exception of Gong Su Chang, whoseR-Point is one of the most impressive debut films of recent memory, the series is helmed by newcomers. Set in a hospital about to close down because of its negative reputation, the five episodes present different themes in a range of styles, but they connect with each other like puzzle pieces to form a complete picture.

Episode 1 - "Birthday Party" (dir. Gong Su Chang)

Insurance saleswoman Yoon Young (Lee Se Eun) is in charge of the hospital's last remaining patient Lee So Hee, who is in a coma. While the hospital's director hopes to avoid taking any responsibility for the patient, chief doctor Jang Seo Won (Lee Jung Heon) wants to keep the patient there at all costs. Ten years ago, the patient's young sister disappeared mysteriously. She was in a comatose state as well, and strangely reminds Yoon Young of So Hee.

Episode 2 - "Crack" (dir. Jo Gyu Ok)

Kang Su Jin (Myung Ji Yeon) is a veteran nurse in the hospital. She continues to be haunted by an accident that happened ten years ago in the operating room. She wants a fresh new start with chief doctor Jang Seo Won, but all he seems to care about is the hospital's only patient, So Hee. Su Jin tries to find this patient, and learn why she's stealing so much of her boyfriend's time.

Episode 3 - "Necklace" (dir. Yoon Jun Seok)

Detective Choi (Im Won Hee) has lost his passion for life, and now pursues money and nothing else. He was in charge of a case 10 years earlier dealing with a girl's disappearance from the hospital. The only clue he holds is the girl's necklace. He's come to the hospital for only one reason: blackmailing the hospital's director. He needs money to raise his daughter and has to stop this hospital from closing at all costs.

Episode 4 - "Crimson Red" (dir. Kim Jeong Gu)

Designer Hong Ah (Lee Young Jin) has a peculiar talent: she can see dead people. By now she's gotten used to the blood and horrible corpses, but one day a corpse appears, asking Hong Ah to kill her. She finds out about a patient in the hospital, a certain So Hee who is now in a state of coma.

Episode 5 - "Doctor, Jang Seo Won" (dir. Gong Su Chang)

The hospital's shut down is just a few days away, but chief doctor Jang Seo Won believes he can save his last patient, So Hee. Five people meet each other at the scene of his last operation and a mysterious series of murders starts.
